Second, EU MiCA went live full force July 1. Now 244 firms hold EU okay to offer crypto across bloc. No more gray zone. For trader, this means EU flow will favor listed names like $XRP, $SOL, $ADA that have clear docs, not low-cap memes. $XRP used this to flip $USDC for 5th spot by size, with $XRP at $1.13 up 6% on week vs $USDC flat.
