PANews July 22 news: According to official information, the Bitcoin mining company Ionic Digital announced that its S-1 registration statement has been approved and has become effective with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Its Class A common stock is expected to start trading on July 28 on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “IOND”. This is a direct listing. The company will not sell any shares, nor will it receive any proceeds from any share sales by registered shareholders. Ionic Digital positions itself as a digital infrastructure company, providing data center solutions for AI and high-performance computing.
