Daily Morning Session Forecast | 2026.07.22 07:50
Yesterday’s Recap
Yesterday, BTC held 65,000 and broke above 65,800, with the intraday high reaching 66,954, continuing to validate the call that 66,000~66,500 would be tested. After ETH held 1,880, it broke above 1,930, with the intraday high touching 1,953, validating the call to test 1,945~1,980. The two moved upward in sync, driving a partial recovery in altcoins, but the reminder about insufficient volume and the unsuitability of chasing rallies still holds; a broad-based market-wide upswing has not yet been confirmed.
Overall Today’s Call
As of 07:50 Beijing time, BTC is trading around $66,481, up 1.98% over 24 hours, in a range of 65,149~66,954. ETH is trading around $1,925, up 1.28% over 24 hours, in a range of 1,900~1,953. BTC and ETH’s 4-hour and daily repair structures are continuing, but 1-hour momentum has cooled somewhat; today’s overall call is bullish—high-range consolidation after a repair. Altcoins remain mainly in structural rotation; it’s suitable to wait for pullbacks, not to chase quick upside spikes.
BTC
BTC is around $66,481. The 1-hour close is still above the EMA20 of about 66,220, the 20-hour moving average of about 66,319, and the 50-hour moving average of about 65,448, but the MACD histogram has turned negative. The latest volume is about 0.34 times the average volume of the past ~20 periods, indicating that after the peak, price is digesting in a consolidation phase. The 4-hour close is above the EMA20 of about 65,416, the 20-period moving average of about 65,246, and the 50-period moving average of about 64,489; MACD momentum remains positive, meaning the repair trend has not been broken. The daily chart is also above the EMA20 of about 64,053 and the 20-day moving average of about 63,840, but the weekly chart is still below key moving averages—any medium-term reversal still needs confirmation from a higher level.
For short-term support, watch 66,000~66,200; for strong support, watch 65,200~65,500. For short-term resistance, watch 66,950~67,200; for strong resistance, watch 68,000~68,500. Today’s key pivot is 66,000: if it holds and breaks above 67,200 with volume, there’s a chance to continue testing 68,000. If it breaks below 66,000, it may revisit around 65,500. In terms of execution, don’t chase the resistance zone; prioritize waiting for acceptance near 66,000 or a pullback confirmation after a volume breakout.
ETH
ETH is around $1,925. The 1-hour close is slightly above the EMA20 of about 1,924 and the 50-hour moving average of about 1,903, but below the 20-hour moving average of about 1,930. The MACD histogram has turned negative. The latest volume is about 0.29 times the average volume of the past ~20 periods; after the pullback from 1,953, ETH needs to rebuild momentum. The 4-hour close is above the EMA20 of about 1,899, the 20-period moving average of about 1,893, and the 50-period moving average of about 1,871; MACD momentum remains positive. The daily chart is above the EMA20 of about 1,822 and the 20-day moving average of about 1,817, so the repair structure is continuing, but weekly resistance pressure has not been lifted yet.
For short-term support, watch 1,900~1,910; for strong support, watch 1,870~1,890. For short-term resistance, watch 1,950~1,960; for strong resistance, watch 1,980~2,000. Today’s key pivot is 1,900: if it holds and stands above 1,960 with volume, there’s a chance to continue testing 1,980~2,000. If it breaks below 1,900, first watch for acceptance around 1,870~1,890. In terms of execution, wait for confirmation of a resistance breakout; don’t continuously chase longs during low-volume rebounds.
Altcoin Cross-Asset Linked Call Today
If BTC holds 66,000 and ETH holds 1,900, altcoins still have room for partial rotation and catch-up. If BTC breaks above 67,200 and ETH also holds above 1,960, the broader move will be more reliable. If BTC breaks below 66,000, altcoins should prioritize defense. If ETH stays weaker than BTC and breaks below 1,900, altcoin upside elasticity is usually further pressured. At present, it’s more suitable to filter strong directions; don’t interpret local activity as a full-market trend.
Public Version Trading Principles
Don’t chase. Prefer waiting for key support and stop-loss confirmation. If a pivot breaks, reduce exposure and defend; once price reclaims key resistance and volume-price alignment appears, then consider whether the repair can continue. Control the rate of trial and error. For complete observation of pool levels and single-coin strategies, rely on quick updates or group documents.
