7.22 BTC morning analysis

From the current 4-hour trend, after probing around 65,500 near the lower Bollinger Band, the price has obtained a valid support and is now forming a rebound structure supported by the mid-band at 66,281. The Bollinger Band opening is gradually narrowing, suggesting that short-term volatility is facing a direction choice. With the price reclaiming the mid-band, it indicates that bullish momentum is building.

The RSI three lines show a clear low-level golden cross pattern: RSI6 turns upward from the oversold area, and the divergence with RSI12 and RSI24 is being repaired, indicating that short-term bearish momentum is exhausting and rebound momentum is gradually strengthening. Although RSI24 is still in a neutral-to-strong region, it has not entered the overbought zone above 70, meaning there is still sufficient room for further rebound upward.

Combined with yesterday’s daily close holding above the 64,000 psychological level, this rebound is in the pullback-confirmation stage after a breakout. If it breaks out with increased volume, it will further target above 67,000. For risk control, if the price falls back below the 65,500 lower-band support, the rebound structure may fail—at that point, you should consider adjusting your approach again. Overall, remain bullish while above the Bollinger mid-band, mainly look for going long on pullbacks to lower levels, and wait patiently for the rebound space to open further.

Trading recommendation: $65,000–$65,500, target $67,000–$67,500. If it breaks down, watch the $70,000 level. $SOL $ETH $BTC
