Iran has proposed a three-stage negotiation plan to resolve the issue

ME News, April 27 (UTC+8): Messages from Iran disclose that Iran has, through intermediaries, proposed a three-stage negotiation plan to the United States. The first stage focuses on a comprehensive cessation of hostilities, and seeks assurances that there will be no further war against Iran and Lebanon. If an agreement is reached, negotiations will move to the second stage, mainly discussing how the Strait of Hormuz should be managed. The third stage involves nuclear issues, but Iran will only begin discussing nuclear matters after agreements are reached in the first two stages. (Source: MLion)
