《The more you churn in crypto, the faster you die》

I’ve seen too many people every day hanging around all kinds of altcoin groups chasing hot spots, looking for dark horses.
Today they charge this, tomorrow they chase that—watching them seems like they’re grabbing opportunities every day.
But when you算帳 at year-end, the account shrinkage is even more brutal than in a bear market.

Only after all that churning do you realize: the way to make the most money in crypto is often the dumbest way.

In the past few years, I’ve basically focused only on mainstream, concentrating on ETH.
I don’t chase obscure “get-rich-quick” opportunities—I only trade what I understand: the most stable setups.
The result has been steadier returns.

I’ve never broken these two iron rules.

First: strictly control profit/loss per trade within 5%.
If you hit 20% in a day’s loss, shut the computer and stop immediately.
Once people get trapped in anxiety and impatience, they only end up doing more wrong—losing more, and more.
Knowing when to stop is the highest-level way to cut losses.

Second: when the market drops hard, always keep 30 U as reserve.
When panic, stampede selling, retail capitulation, and liquidations fill the streets—that’s the real golden opportunity.
When others run out of ammo and you still have ammunition, the initiative and control always stay in your hands.

If BTC pumps, don’t get carried away.
If ETH rises 20 percentage points, I take profit in batches.
When BTC exits a big move, immediately move the stop-loss up to lock in gains.

In crypto, holding onto profits is always more important than trying to chase profits—by ten thousand times.
Those who know how to buy are the apprentices who get to cash out; only they truly deserve to be called masters.
Stable compounding beats the luck of frequent churn for “sudden wealth.”

Don’t keep churning—focus on the area you understand, and stick to the rules you can hold.
Money isn’t churned out—money is waited out.
In the comments, I’ll teach you the cash-out discipline for holding profits.
But I know you’ll still chase the hot spot when you see one.
It’s fine—chase it a few more times and you’ll understand what “not worth it” really means.
Smart people learned subtraction early.
