Market sentiment | The most dangerous moment may not be when the market is falling

A market drop is, of course, scary.

But I think the truly dangerous times are sometimes when everyone starts to think, “This time it definitely won’t drop.”

Because when the market becomes overly optimistic, many people begin to increase leverage, chase higher prices, and even put in funds they can’t afford.

Rising prices themselves are not the problem.

The problem is:

Every market has cycles.
