10x Research: Bitcoin implied volatility ends its streak of declines, possibly signaling choppy price action ahead

PANews July 22 news: 10x Research said in a post that data shows Bitcoin implied volatility (IV) fell to a phase low of 33% on July 15. It has since ended its streak of declines and rebounded slightly to 35%. Compared with the roughly 55% peak in February this year, this represents a significant drop. Although the recent rebound in implied volatility is limited in magnitude, it has drawn the attention of options traders. The indicator rebounding could mean the market is turning or that there will be consolidation, but whether the market is above the post-bottom rebound or is only temporarily pausing before further downside may still need confirmation.
