7.21 evening strategy analysis for BTC and ETH/BTC (“big cake” “second cake”)

After a short-term surge and rally, momentum is weakening; the MACD shows signs of a top bearish divergence. This is currently a technical pullback/repair requirement. There is heavy sell pressure overhead, and it is expected that a retest will pull back to the middle band to confirm support.

The analysis is very clear, and the top divergence needs to be corrected. Shorting the rebound is indeed reasonable. However, be careful whether there will be any sudden news-driven pump at night—since volatility has been high recently, it’s recommended to set a wider stop-loss and don’t hold the position. $BTC $ETH

The bearish divergence signal is clear; chasing higher prices now could leave you bag-holding. Wait for a pullback before considering it.

MACD top divergence combined with heavy sell pressure above is aligned with the right idea, but personally I don’t think BTC support at 65,000 is necessarily solid—shorting with a light position is safer.
