Alibaba integrates three AI agents to launch “Qianwen Office,” targeting the next-generation Agent office platform

PANews, July 21: According to Caijing, Alibaba will launch “Qianwen Office” for the Agent office market, integrating three agent product offerings—QoderWork, Wukong, and MuleRun—under its umbrella. The initiative will be led by Chen Yusen, the newly appointed CEO of DingTalk. At the product level, it will be built on QoderWork, which has a better track record in terms of user scale and reputation. Wukong has long remained in a semi-finished state, while MuleRun mainly targets overseas markets. This integration is intended to unify Alibaba’s AI Agent brand for office scenarios, reduce homogeneous competition among internal products, concentrate computing power and R&D resources, and promote deep integration between Qianwen Office and DingTalk to meet competition from Tencent WorkBuddy, Byte TRAE Work, Doubao, and other domestic Agent office products.
