7.21 Tuesday ETH midday outlook

On July 21, Ethereum’s spot price is trading around $1,924, with a 24-hour gain of nearly 3%. After 43 days, it successfully holds above the key $1,900 threshold. Its elasticity has significantly outperformed the overall Bitcoin market. During the day, it surged to test the $1,945 resistance level before pulling back slightly; throughout the day, it maintained strong range-bound consolidation between $1,895 and $1,945, with bulls temporarily taking control of the order book.
From a technical perspective, near-term core resistance is locked in the $1,945–$1,950 range—i.e., the point where prices were pressured after the daytime high. Only by standing firm in this range on increased volume can it open upside room to challenge the $2,000 psychological level. Below, near-term dynamic support is $1,895 (the 7-day moving average position), while also sticking to the hour-level uptrend line. As long as this support is not broken through by bears, the current rebound’s upside structure remains intact. The ultimate defense support below is at the $1,840 mid-term moving average area.
