7.21 Tuesday BTC midday outlook

As of July 21, Bitcoin’s current price is $65,305, with a 24-hour high reaching $65,799, setting a near-one-month price high. It then came under pressure and dipped slightly. Overall during the day, price stayed in a high-range consolidation between $64,900 and $65,800, with a 24-hour gain of about 1.26%. The market bulls have periodically taken the upper hand, and the $65,000 level has become the key near-term battleground between buyers and sellers.
From a technical perspective, the short-term core resistance is pinned at $65,799, the intraday high and also the Bollinger Band upper rail position. Only by breaking through and holding that level with increased volume can the current consolidation pattern be decisively broken and a further challenge of $66,800 be made toward the mid-term resistance zone. Downside key dynamic support is at $64,900 (the 7-day moving average), while it also coincides with the hourly trend support line. As long as this support is not effectively broken by the bears, the rebound upward structure in this cycle remains intact. Downside defensive support is aimed at $64,300, near the 25-day moving average.
