PANews July 21 news: According to Token Post, the Hana Financial Group and Dunamu are expanding their cooperation, jointly designing an overall digital finance architecture that covers KRW stablecoins, security token-type tokens, and RWA tokenization. Previously, Hana Bank acquired a 6.6% stake in Dunamu in May for approximately 1 trillion KRW. The relationship between the two has already upgraded from cooperation over KRW deposit and withdrawal accounts to a stage of deep integration of capital and technology.

The two sides plan to integrate bank deposits, securities, and virtual asset accounts into a unified asset portfolio and develop comprehensive asset management services. For international remittances and settlement, Hana Financial’s advantages in foreign exchange and overseas networks, combined with Dunamu’s Web3 infrastructure, are expected to extend into trade settlement and inter-corporate fund transfers. The actual launch of services still depends on further regulatory improvements, including the issuer of stablecoins, reserve management methods, and the delineation of business boundaries.
