Deep Tide TechFlow message: On July 21, according to Onchain Lens monitoring, a whale address that had been dormant for 11 months recently transferred 9,000 ETH to Cumberland, worth approximately $17.19 million, or possibly aiming for an off-exchange sale.

Previously, the address had also deposited about 50k ETH into FalconX in 13 transactions, totaling approximately $205.67 million.
