White House crypto adviser Patrick Witt postpones military training for a second time to push the Clarity Act

Meanwhile, Harry Jung, deputy chair of the White House Digital Assets Advisory Committee, announced that he will step down in two weeks; he had been originally planned to take over Witt’s role during Witt’s military leave.
