Grayscale has applied to the U.S. SEC to file a registration statement for a Worldcoin ETF.

PANews July 21 news: According to The Block, Grayscale has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) a registration statement for a Grayscale Worldcoin ETF. The fund will hold World Network’s native token WLD, as a passive investment vehicle, aiming for each share’s value to reflect the value of the held WLD minus fees and liabilities. If approved, the ETF will be listed on Nasdaq, with The Bank of New York Mellon serving as the transfer agent and BitGo Bank & Trust acting as the custodian.
