🇦🇪 UAE: Corporate tax is 0–9%, including 0% on qualifying free-zone income. Strong banking rails, crypto infrastructure and investor access.
🇸🇬 Singapore: Corporate tax is 17%, with exemptions for qualifying startups. Excellent banking, clear regulation and strong access to top Asian investors.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: Corporate tax is 19–25% (depending on profits). World-class banking, fintech talent and funding.
🇨🇭 Switzerland: Corporate tax is roughly 11.7–20.5%. Top-tier banking, mature crypto regulation.
A Tier
🇭🇰 Hong Kong: Corporate tax is 8.25% on the first HKD 2 million and 16.5% above that. Great banking, capital access and a growing regulated crypto ecosystem.
🇱🇮 Liechtenstein: Corporate tax is 12.5%. Crypto-friendly legislation, strong private banking and easy access to European markets.

🇱🇺 Luxembourg: Corporate income tax is 14–16%, reaching around 23.9% after local taxes in Luxembourg City. World-class institutional banking, investment funds, and EU access.
🇦🇺 Australia: Corporate tax is 25% for qualifying smaller companies and 30% otherwise. Strong banks, reliable payment infrastructure, and a healthy investor market.
C Tier
🇲🇹 Malta: Corporate tax is 35% (although special regimes may reduce it). Compliance is expensive, and fintech licensing can be slow.
🇵🇹 Portugal: Corporate tax is 19%, with 15% on the first €50,000 for qualifying SMEs. The local investor pool is smaller, bureaucracy can be slow, and banking has frictions for crypto companies.
🇩🇪 Germany: Combined corporate tax is usually around 30%. High taxes, strict regulation, conservative banks, and heavy bureaucracy.
