PANews July 20 news: According to a Solana Q2 2026 token holder report published by Blockworks, this quarter’s on-chain tokenized asset trading volume hit a new high of about $5.8 billion, up about 114% from Q1. Of that, tokenized stocks were about $4.8 billion, accounting for approximately 97% of the tokenized equities trading volume across the network. The report said that despite the meme coin downturn, Solana’s Real Economic Value revenue fell quarter-on-quarter by about 43% to $51 million, and DEX spot trading volume dropped to about $160.8 billion. However, SOL spot ETP still recorded about $120 million in net inflows, with about 427 million SOL staked, representing about two-thirds of the supply. Solana will also strengthen SOL value capture by using the Alpenglow upgrade to adjust inflation and burn mechanisms via proposals such as SIMD-550 and SIMD-553.
