1、Technology foundation and platform
With Sinosoft International’s self-developed AllMeta enterprise intelligent operating system as the core, the two parties integrate Miroha’s K2.7 Code and the K3 large model (parameter scale of 2.8 trillion, supporting up to million-token context) to build an enterprise-level agent (Agent) technology foundation. The platform aims to convert enterprise business logic into AI-executable instructions, enabling automation and intelligentization of business processes.

2、Cooperation directions and scenarios
Industry focus: The first phase of cooperation will prioritize key industries such as energy and power, finance, etc. The parties will carry out technical R&D around core business scenarios of the industry to build an intelligent power AOS, industry-specific agents, and integrated digital and intelligence solutions.
Innovation lab: Co-build the FDE Innovation Lab, bringing together top experts and technical forces to jointly define, develop, deliver, and continuously iterate enterprise-grade Agent products, accelerating technology deployment.

3、Business model and profit-sharing mechanism
The two parties explore a new paradigm of coordinated “model + enterprise services” and adopt a Token profit-sharing mechanism to achieve win-win outcomes. For Token-consumption revenue generated based on the Kimi large model and other derived partnership income, the parties will share proceeds according to the agreed proportions, building a sustainable and scalable AI commercialization model.

4、Compute power layout and ecosystem synergy
Sinosoft International will build its own industry compute power centers, prioritizing to meet Miroha’s compute power needs. Meanwhile, it will participate in formulating domestic AI large-model calling metering industry rules to strengthen end-to-end service capability across “compute power-Token-enterprise applications.”

This cooperation marks Sinosoft International’s transformation from a traditional IT services provider into a high-professional-value Token operator.
