Abstract generation in progress

PANews July 20 news: According to Crypto in America, the United States White House and Republican senators have still not reached agreement on the ethical provisions related to digital assets in the “Clarity Act,” preventing the bill from being scheduled for a Senate vote to date. President Trump met last week with Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, White House legal counsel David Warrington, Crypto Council executive director Patrick Witt, Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, and Senators Cynthia Lummis and Bernie Moreno, but the White House has not yet clarified the acceptable ethical boundaries. The bill’s BRCA provision, the Agriculture Committee text regarding vertical integration for crypto exchanges and related-party transactions, are still under technical negotiations, and law enforcement agencies’ concerns about “crypto fueling money laundering and crime” have also influenced the positions of some Democratic lawmakers. If procedural voting cannot be advanced this week, the window for passing the bill before the August recess will basically close.
