If I still decide to stop-loss on this ETH position, I hope I can control myself and keep holding without touching it.

Bro, the hardest part of trading is controlling your impulses. Sometimes cutting losses actually makes things feel easier—you just don’t want to keep staring at it and regretting it. My suggestion is to pause for a bit, then come back once your emotions have settled.

Stop-loss discipline is essential, but don’t let discipline become a mental prison.

I completely understand how you feel. ETH has been volatile recently, and stopping losses is normal. But the key is not to dismiss your strategy just because of one stop-loss. You can first review the reasons for this trade—was the direction wrong, or was the entry timing off? If the strategy is fine, keep executing it; if you find any issues, adjust and then proceed. Never act out of anger to chase—it’s the easiest way to lose money. Set yourself a cooling-off period, such as not touching anything for three days, and then reassess the market.
