Anthropic just summarized a bunch of cases, and DeFi veterans can tell at a glance: in 2021, people fell into the trap of randomly signing approves, and in 2026 it was copied onto agents exactly as-is. You think you hired a butler, but actually you gave the butler your bank card password plus unlimited withdrawal permissions. The question now is: is the access you’re granting your agent conservative enough?
