YeWin takes you through this week’s crypto market core events timeline! Want to know if BTC will be 70k or 60k?! A one-way move is about to start!

This week is the most critical week of the 2026 crypto market—without a doubt.
The Fed’s blackout period, a CLARITY bill vote, and the European Central Bank rate decision—three major events on the same stage, and each one is heavier than the last.
First card: the Fed’s blackout period.
In his first outing after taking office, the blackout period is abnormally silent—markets have no clue whether he’ll suddenly drop a bombshell at the July meeting.
Logan and Hamerck have both openly called for rate hikes, and CME shows the probability of a year-end rate hike is already above 50%.
The direction of the rate decision is already set, and the market hasn’t fully reacted yet.
Second card: the CLARITY bill vote on July 23.
This is the legislative window the crypto industry has been waiting for for a decade.
But the Republican majority is shrinking, and the bill needs 60 votes to break through the long debate.
Polymarket’s probability is only 32%. Before the Senate recesses in August, it likely won’t happen—it could even wait until 2030.
If it passes, BTC rallies to 68k-70k and the ETH valuation framework will be repriced;
if it doesn’t, all the premium is flushed out, and BTC goes back to 60k.
Third card: the European Central Bank rate decision on July 23.
The market expects rates to stay unchanged at 2.25%, but oil prices have risen again, and bets on a September rate hike are heating up.
There’s more than one “hammer” for rate hikes.
Whether there will be a rate hike, whether the bill passes, and whether Europe will pause—three cards flipped open at the same time, and the direction will speak for itself.
All you have to do is make sure you have enough ammo to last until that day. $BTC #BTC
