Ministry of Industry and Information Technology: In the first half of the year, China’s humanoid robot complete-system products reached around 400-plus models, accounting for over half of the global total

According to Xinhua News Agency, data released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology show that in the first half of the year, a number of industries in China with international competitive advantages accelerated their growth. In the intelligent robotics sector, four-legged robots developed in China accounted for nearly 70% of global unit sales; and there were more than 400 full-hardware humanoid robot product models, exceeding half of the global total. In fields such as artificial intelligence, semiconductors, new energy, and biopharmaceuticals, a group of global unicorn companies have emerged, actively contributing China’s solutions in international standards development and industrial governance.
