When your girlfriend or partner feels wronged, would you rush over first, or would you feel, “Going won’t help anyway”?

Mao Ge saw a real incident.
A girl went to a 4S shop to service her car. When she picked up the car, she found a small pit on the front windshield. Even though she couldn’t be 100% sure the damage was caused by the shop, she was still there alone, arguing with the staff for more than two hours—she felt extremely helpless.
During that time, she called her boyfriend.
The boyfriend knew about it, but he never came over.
In the end, she gave up on continuing to argue and had her boyfriend come pick her up. But on the way, instead of comforting her, her boyfriend kept telling her:
“4S shops won’t admit this kind of thing. Just忍忍算了, it’s fine.”
Later, she anonymously posted something, only asking one question:
“Suddenly I feel like my boyfriend isn’t someone I should entrust my life to—am I wrong?”
She also said one more thing:
“What I’m truly disappointed about isn’t the car’s windshield.
It’s that when I needed you the most, you didn’t stand by my side.”
If it were you, do you think the boyfriend did something wrong?
A: You should rush over first
B: Even if you go, it won’t solve the problem
