Old way: you prompt → AI responds → you check it → you reprompt → repeat.
New way: you define the goal once. The AI tries something, checks its own work, fixes errors, tries again, and marks itself done.

The 2 commands that matter for loop engineering
→ /goal: the mission. What you want achieved and the exact conditions for when it's done.
→ /loop: the interval. How often you want that mission repeated (every minute, hour, day).
Inner loop vs outer loop (most people miss this)
Inner loops: one mission, run internally.
Example: "Audit my website like a $5K consultant. List 10 issues with severity, location, and a fix. Stop after 12 turns." - One task, self-corrected until done.
Outer loop: a recurring job on a schedule.
Examples: Scanning competitor channels every day, monitoring your niche on X - these run indefinitely, and self-improving each cycle.
