According to the 80/20 rule, 80% of the 65 billion PEA amounts to about 50 billion, which belongs to ten thousand whales holding more than 1 million PEA. The remaining 20%, about 15 billion, belongs to a few tens of millions of retail users. So for us retail investors: every PEA is scarce, and every PEA is precious. Please don’t carelessly lose the chips that belong to you.
