Tonight I was整理我的 taxes, and I dug out dozens of transaction records from last year—I nearly drove myself crazy. I used to keep thinking, “I’ll deal with it later.” Then ETH transfers, DeFi staking, and withdrawals from small exchanges all got mixed together, and reconciliation took me an entire hour. Now I’ve formed a habit: after every operation, I quickly add a tag—date, chain, counterparty address. I put them into a three-column Excel. It’s crude, but it’s hassle-free. Lately I’ve been seeing a lot of arguments in the group about the compliance boundaries for privacy coins and mixers, and I’m genuinely torn. Should I keep those mixer records? If so, how should I keep them? For now, I’m choosing the “better to have too much than too little” approach. I’ve sorted them into different folders by layer, just in case someone asks later and I have something to go on. What about you?
