Someone asked me whether you should use a hardware wallet or a multisig. For someone like me with fast hands, though—before your assets are worth just a few ETH—stick with a Ledger and add a mnemonic seed phrase steel plate. Don’t go messing around with flashy social recovery. If something goes wrong, you may not even have the gas to deal with it.

Recently, all those testnet points and reward expectations are getting hyped like crazy, and a lot of people have started to debate whether to send tokens on mainnet. To put it simply: if you can’t even be bothered to manage your private keys, do you really expect an airdrop to support your retirement?

Better yet, get a cheaper hardware wallet first, separate your everyday yield farming/harvesting rewards and short-term funds, and then—when you actually reach a big position—consider multisig or Gnosis Safe. Anyway, I’m pretty optimistic. Run things first; security can be upgraded gradually.
