Why focus on this structure?

The current bias is SHORT; the entry reference is the 60.768–60.880 range, with TP1 at 59.963 and TP2 at 59.426. Why now? RSI isn’t extreme, but ATR 0.447 indicates moderate volatility, suitable for capturing a pullback. Note that the SL is set at 61.842—if price breaks above, it would signal a reversal.
