7.19 Monday-to-Sunday️⃣ intraday:

After BTC surged to 65588, the good news was fully priced in, turning into profits and losses. In addition, U.S. CLARITY Crypto Bill negotiations have fallen into a standoff, while Fed officials have turned hawkish one after another, pressuring rate-cut expectations. The market then immediately entered a streak of consecutive red candles and a pullback pattern. The current price is stuck in a narrow range around 63900-64100. It looks like it’s stabilizing, but it’s actually weak.

Market details:
Near 62500 during the day, there are sporadic spot-buy orders serving as a bottom, and the sell-off momentum is temporarily suppressed. However, every bounce has no volume to back it up. Buyers are acting like they’ve lost their nerve, and you can’t even see a decent follow-through market. When the price pushes up slightly, it gets slapped back by short-term moving averages. The 4-hour MACD has a dead cross with the mouth opening downward, and the bearish structure remains firmly in place. At present, this sideways consolidation is only a breathing pause during the sell-off—it’s far from a bottom reversal.

Suggestions:
BTC: open a short/bearish position around 65300-65800 after a retracement,
Targets: exit around 63900-63400 on the downside;
ETH: follow in sync—go long after retracement into 1890-1930 to open a bearish/short setup (as stated),
Targets: exit around 1830-1790 on the downside. #PreIPOs第二期OpenAI认购

Good news turned into bad news—it’s the old playbook. This sideways movement is just a washout; wait for the next leg of sell-off before considering buying the dip.

The MACD dead cross has opened, the short-term moving averages are being pressed down, and the bulls really don’t have a way—just hold the short position opened from the high level.

That’s quite detailed, but I think there’s no real problem with shorting around 1900. The key is whether 1830 can hold steady.

Being bearish is fine, but don’t be too rigid: if the support at 62,500 breaks, it could directly run to 61,500.

This analysis is spot on. Short orders from 65,300–65,800 are definitely worth a try this round, but watch out for the risk of price spikes that can quickly trigger stop orders.
