Today my coffee cooled unusually fast, like the market suddenly turned cold—my hands are on a few positions that are sitting at a loss, and it’s glaringly obvious. Actually, stopping loss is kind of like breaking up—if you keep dragging it out instead of cutting, you get more and more tangled in your head, and the “interest” keeps jumping day by day. Lately I’ve been seeing a lot of people discussing that re-staking “matryoshka doll” setup, talking about how the returns stack while the risks stack too—I don’t want to touch it at all. I’d rather just manage my own little pool. Admit the loss sooner, and you’ll sleep better at night—don’t you agree?
