This move is a typical “first sweep sentiment, then give direction.” $TAO Earlier, it was tugging back and forth above; for a moment the short-term price action made people feel like it could still push higher. But what I focused on at the time was the follow-through after the pullback. As it turned out, it was obvious—no one was picking up when it went up, while the pullback became smoother and smoother. This level is crucial.

The easiest place to make mistakes during the session is to see one rebound and think that the direction has reversed. When TAO was around 258.4, what I cared more about was the pause after the push and the reaction from sell orders. Once the bears’ rhythm kicks in, there’s no need to overthink. Now the price has already moved to 195.6, and with +1174.12% in hand, this drawdown profit is something we planned to harvest from the volatility range.

Many people lose because their emotions get dragged by the order book: when it rises a bit they fear missing out, and when it dips they don’t dare to hold. My approach is simple: after profits are released, take it in 80/20 portions first, and keep a small position with a protective level, to see whether it can extend further. If you didn’t get in, don’t chase shorts and don’t chase entries—wait for a more comfortable level before acting.
