Recently there’s all kinds of modular and DA-layer narratives everywhere. To be honest, aside from the developer circles that are really excited, most regular users are basically totally clueless. Sometimes I even get lost—what exactly is this market rally even trading right now? Anyway, just pump it first. By the time everyone reacts, the scene has already moved to a different track.

That’s attention economics, basically hot topics rotating—whoever chases first gets hit first. If I’d been patient back then and waited instead of rushing to that newly popular XX chain, maybe my account would look better now. But people are like this: when they see others making money, they panic.

I’ve slowly learned too. When a hot topic comes out, I watch it for a couple of days first, no rush. Opportunities are always there, but once you lose principal, it’s gone. Lately I’m more willing to sit in some pools where liquidity isn’t too concentrated and the fee distribution is fairly reasonable—just make a small profit on thin margins, at least I can sleep at night.

That’s it for now—I’m going back to watch the charts.
