Recently, hardware wallets have been seriously out of stock, and a lot of people in the group are asking whether they should buy one. Honestly, rather than worrying about whether to buy, the bigger concern is to make sure you don’t click random links. During the phishing peak, I can’t even be bothered to open those giveaway links on ethtx.

As for the bundle stuff from block builders, it’s basically enough for retail users to know the general idea—know that someone can reorder transactions, and know that MEV bots are waiting to sandwich trades. In any case, just keep an eye on your own gas and don’t set it too high, don’t go after those mints that are clearly traps at first glance, don’t trust anything that says “free to claim,” and the rest is down to luck.

I also don’t really understand why some people feel the need to figure out exactly how each validator packages things. Knowing too much can actually end up scaring yourself. Anyway, if you can manage wallet security properly, I already think that’s pretty hard.
