Guizhou is truly a magical place.

This time I’ve been at the villa for four days already, drinking with the brothers every day, completely hammered. During the day we talk projects and talk tracks; at night we go straight to beer, Moutai, and imported spirits in rotation, and we often drink so much we black out.
Then the next morning, after waking up, what I see when I go out is this kind of scene: layer upon layer of mountains wrapped in mist, sunlight spilling over the tea fields—like my whole self has been reset. The brain that was dulled by alcohol last night has all but vanished.
After staying in the crypto circle for so long, there are really very few times when it feels like nothing ever happened. The market is awake 24/7 with no rest, messages keep flying in the group chat, and my heartbeat seems to jump along.
As for this place in Guizhou—though the mountains are high and the roads are far—it can still yank people out of the noise of the crypto circle and force us to come back to our senses. When I go back this time, I should be able to make fewer impulsive mistakes and do more things that are right in the long term.
