Mars Finance News: At the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference’s special forum “Future Computing · Future Computing Power,” Insight Space first publicly introduced “numerical-simulation and computation integrated AI constellation.” The constellation targets high-frequency Earth observation with “a global scan once per day,” aiming to provide AI Agents with objective “Earth truth” data support through low-cost, high-timeliness, and high-consistency multi-source data stream products, effectively addressing prediction bias in AI large models’ understanding of the physical world; at the same time, centered on “Earth state variables,” it helps AI build understanding and simulation capabilities that align with the operating rules of the physical world. According to the plan, the “numerical-simulation and computation integrated AI constellation” will be composed of 576 low-Earth-orbit and ultra-low-orbit satellites, forming a multimodal heterogeneous data sensing network that coordinates space-based and ground-based computing power to comprehensively capture dynamic variables on Earth. The initial phase’s construction scale is 168 satellites, with the goal of achieving a preliminary wide-area network and laying the foundation for space-based information sensing. In 2026, Insight Space will first complete the launch of two experimental satellites. (Caixin)
