I’ve been lurking in the group and watching the argument over PFP members and brand value for half a day—it’s pretty interesting. Put simply, when it comes to “long-term value,” most project teams don’t even believe it themselves. They just ride the hype to grab a round of attention, then switch to the next narrative. As for those talking about “brand loyalty,” it’s better to just check whether the protocol has a paid switch—at least that’s real, cash-based cash flow, not something propped up by promises. Even retail investors can’t figure out MEV ordering fairness, so how could they be expected to understand the tokenomics behind a PFP? In any case, I don’t buy any “community consensus” that can’t put food on the table. Getting paid is what’s real.
