Re-staking this thing is being marketed like it’s a master key. Honestly, every time I see the words “shared security,” my brain immediately flashes the image of “shared bikes”—riding feels great, and in the end the deposit never comes back.

“Stacking rewards”? Just don’t let it become a fantasy. If the protocol’s fee switch isn’t turned on, then governance power is just air—what value can the token actually capture? Put simply: no matter how much you stake, the signal is one thing—whether the protocol’s own cash flow can hold up. Don’t talk to me about “economic security.” If you don’t even dare to turn on your own fee switch, what security are you even talking about?

Lately the funding rate has gotten so extreme—people in the group keep shouting about a reversal—and I just want to laugh when I hear it. The signal is simple: if the funding rate is extremely out of whack, then either the bubble is getting squeezed, or the bubble is being inflated. Don’t guess—just look more closely at on-chain governance proposals: who is actually voting with real money, and who is just painting a feast on the menu. Turns out the ground is full of those painted feasts.
