Rugging these days really is starting to look like going to work. Once the witch score comes out, what can you say—it immediately gives workers a performance rating. I used to think doing quick tasks was pretty easy, but now it’s nothing but task platforms, points, and KPIs. Even an “airdrop” feels like performance evaluation. I said I only trust on-chain data—then last time a cross-chain bridge got stolen. The oracle pricing was abnormal. The on-chain data looked normal, but nobody dared to act. Everyone just sat there waiting for confirmation… waiting and waiting. I started to doubt whether I was being too paranoid. But then again, those who only follow their emotions also got chopped up, too—stunned to the point of confusion. Forget it. Anyway, now I’m looking at both on-chain signals and emotions: I believe a bit in both sides, but I don’t fully trust either. I guess I’m just patching my own blind spots.
