$BILL

• 24h trading volume is only 102 million BILL, with trading value of 2.44 million USDT; liquidity is relatively low and is easily manipulated by large orders.

• During the decline, volume expansion is evident (especially the big red candle on 07/15), indicating the main players are decisively distributing; the current volume-contracting rebound is a weak-side repair.

• Order book data: B 46.26% vs S 53.74%; sell pressure is dominant, and the bears still control the situation.

• Liquidation distribution: long positions at higher levels are liquidated in a concentrated manner, further confirming the direction of the trend.

In low-liquidity coins, a “volume-contracting rebound” is often a trap to lure buyers. A real reversal requires:

1. Volume expanding to above both MA5/MA10 average volume;

2. MACD bottom divergence + RSI turning up from the oversold zone;

3. Price holding above MA25 and breaking out with increased volume.

At present, BILL fails to meet all three conditions—do not try to buy the dip.

In addition to the three points the original poster mentioned, you can also watch the funding rate. If it stays negative, it means the bulls are still stubbornly holding on; any rebound will likely be further suppressed by the shorts. Wait for a breakout with strong volume before considering it.

Yes, a rebound on shrinking volume is a typical “bait for longs”—don’t touch it.

This analysis is very on point: sell pressure is dominant, plus there are signs that big players are distributing. Any rebound is basically handing over heads to others.

I’ve suffered losses like this on GT before—shrinking volume with consecutive green candles, then one big bearish candle that wipes out all the gains. If the liquidity is poor, don’t try to bottom-fish.

One wave is lower than the last—don’t try to bottom-fish.
