I just looked into some modular stuff. Honestly, they’re hyping it a lot, but for us terminal users, what exactly does it change? My own feeling is: the interaction is indeed smoother, cross-chain transfers don’t make you wait for ages anymore, and fees have come down a bit too. But if you ask whether it’s truly impressive, it doesn’t really seem that way. To be plain, I don’t really care how the underlying layers are broken apart and put back together—as long as it doesn’t keep making me re-learn a whole new wallet and deal with a bunch of new gas tokens. Also, lately I’ve been seeing claims that on-chain data tools’ tagging systems are lagging, and even that they can be manually misled. I think that’s a good reminder for myself—not to put too much faith in these “data visualizations.”

Staying focused on the positioning framework is the real priority. That’s all for now.
