Chat messages flood the group chat; KOLs paint a rosy picture, but in the end it’s all meant to make you act impulsively. Anyway, I don’t buy those “shared security” and “stacked returns” nested narratives. If they really want to talk, they should first calculate the cash flows clearly. Last year there was a group that kept hyping “re-stake more” as the future every day—then when you run the numbers, the gas fees were higher than the returns. In plain terms, information overload is a filter: the more frantic you are, the more likely you are to go along with someone else’s narrative. I only care how much the protocol took in fees and how much it distributed to token holders—everything else is noise. Don’t talk to me about vision; first prove you can make money. Even if you stack the doll one more time, it’s just a numbers game—ultimately, whoever is left holding the bag is the one who wakes up.
