Risk Warning|AI Sector
This is my current trading view on the AI sector.
After observing the recent price action, many high-volatility stocks in the AI sector have already entered a phase of weakening trend. In the short term, the risks are clearly greater than the opportunities.
My view is that over the coming period, a defensive mindset will still be the primary approach.
If there is a subsequent rapid surge, I don’t rule out a one-off short-squeeze driven by sentiment, potentially even testing the area near the previous highs. But to me, this is more likely to be a rebound within an existing trend rather than the start of a brand-new primary uptrend.
My trading strategy remains unchanged:
* On rebounds, look for short opportunities; don’t chase highs blindly.
* For longs, set a stop-loss and control risk per trade.
* Position sizing always comes first—never add to positions out of emotion.
* Wait for the trend to truly stabilize before considering long-term positioning.
The market will never be short of opportunities.
What really matters is protecting your principal when big risks arrive, and only having chips to participate when big opportunities appear.
Respect the market, respect the trend, and let discipline always come before profit.
