I just saw an MEV transaction where the gas was cranked up to the sky, and retail swaps were hard-stuck waiting behind it. 😅

As for this whole “on-chain queue jumping” thing, put simply it’s whoever bids higher gets to eat first—do you think it’s a fair auction? Actually, retail sentiment is being used as the fuel. Big players and “scientists” are watching fear and greed to play a game of brinkmanship, while ordinary users end up being the ones who get “sorted.”

Lately, the macro backdrop is also pretty interesting: the rate-cut expectations and the U.S. dollar index are actually moving up and down in sync with risk assets, and the sentiment indicators are about to malfunction. Anyway, on-chain “fairness” is just a technical illusion—the real game is still a psychological battle. Sometimes I feel like, rather than watching prices, you should pay attention to how those queue-jumpers collect other people’s emotions.
