When I first checked the data, it lagged for a moment again. At first, I thought it was my own network, but later I realized it was RPC rate limiting plus the indexer falling behind. In the past, I could run a node myself and slowly look things up, but now public RPCs hit 429 at the drop of a hat. When the Subgraph sync speed slows down, the entire analysis page ends up with a “data blind spot”—especially when it comes to hot tokens with high trading volumes, where it’s particularly obvious. Lately, I’ve been seeing more and more speculation about testnet points and the mainnet going live with token issuance. Instead, I’ve started to think that this kind of “delay” can actually be a good thing—let me wait a few more minutes to cool off, at least so I don’t have to rush to chase the pump. For position management, when the data stalls and gives you that pause, it can help you avoid impulsive moves—don’t get sunburned.
