Just saw a few testnets rolling out incentives, and the group chat is already starting to speculate again: “Will the mainnet issue tokens?” Honestly, after lowering my expectations over the past two years, I’ve felt a lot more relaxed.

Those on-chain “cut-in line” issues boil down to MEV. Big players use higher gas fees to get ahead, while smaller orders get pushed to the back. I used to think it was unfair, but when I look at it now, it’s like overtaking on a mountain road—you can rush, but it won’t help. Better to just go slowly. For the projects I’ve been involved in, as long as they can build positions steadily in batches, and don’t get thrown off by cut-ins, that’s good enough.

Anyway, on-chain order is still evolving. For us little stoves, just keep adding slowly—no need to aim for a sudden flare-up. It’s reassuring.
