In plain terms, whether a chain can collect rent comes down to who holds the ordering rights and finality. One side hypes the DA layer as thin as a cicada’s wing, while also stuffing sequencer permissions into a foundation—yet in the end, governance tokens are still the ones that pay. Lately, AI Agents have been flooding everywhere—who’s actually seriously doing on-chain security audits? At least, I’ve seen plenty of template contracts that didn’t even add a timelock and still dare to run automated trading. They blow the narrative out of the water, and when something goes wrong, the first one to run is always someone. I’ll turn on the orderer-fee switch—everything else is just talk.
