Someone in the group chat just posted another screenshot claiming to show USDA reserves, with a huge red question mark. I glanced at it and didn’t look too closely—lately, these “peg de-anchoring warnings” have almost become desensitizing. To be honest, every time liquidity gets tight, the people who come out to trash stablecoins are often the same crowd as those shouting “buy the dip immediately.” It’s pretty interesting.

My principle is simple: when the market is short on “water,” don’t rush to pick up bargains first—figure out whether the chips you hold are enough to get you through this wave. Liquidity depletion is like not bringing enough supplies into the desert; water is worth more than gold. Instead of betting on which stablecoin will break and which one will last, I’d rather first trim positions, keep some U and mainstream assets, and let the bullets fly a little later. Only when everyone gets so panicked they can’t even be bothered to share screenshots will it be the time you can really get things done. That’s how I play it—survive first. Only if you’re alive do you get the right to watch the show.
