Damn, I just stared at an on-chain address for ages. I clearly saw it adding to some pool, and I thought, “This time we’re safe.” But the data my RPC node pulled came back at least 10 minutes later than everyone else’s. By the time I rushed in, I’d already been completely wiped out. It’s always like, “By the time I know, it’s already too late.”

Lately, all those AI agent hype pieces are flying all over the place—automatic trading, on-chain interactions, all that. Honestly, after looking around, some projects really are taking security verification seriously, but more often than not, they’re just using node data to make up a story. Anyway, I’ve lowered my expectations for myself now. I’ll just treat it as paying an L2 network toll for the ride—it’s way easier that way.

That’s it for now. I’m going to check whether there’s still any opportunity in the perpetual contract position data.
